What would happen if it really did rain cats and dogs?

   If it really did rain cats and dogs and it will be flood everywhere. We will have to live in boat house and we will have to eat fish all the time. We will have to drink rain water and maybe some people will died because they always drink rain water, so I don't want rain cats and dogs. I want sunny day. I don't want to eat  fish all the time. I want to eat meat. I don't want to drink rain water. I want to drink fresh water. I don't want to live in boat. I want to live in common house. I want some excercise like running, basketball, baseball, dodge ball.
